Welcome to the real word, myself!

It has has already four weeks i work at a company named PT. Hilon Felt, a part of bigger multinational company Hilon-group. PT. Hilon Felt is a manufacturing industry for polyester staple fiber, in which specialized in geotextile products, filter for automotive, fiber layer for furniture, and so on. The company hired me as the president director's secretary. But then i have extra assignment, too, for teaching English to the staff. It is not so far from what i have studied in the university hehehehe...

Since the company is owned by a Korean and some of the managers are Korean as well, so in some situations I have to adjust with their culture. There is one manager who has this great eagerness to study about Indonesian manager and we usually talk in person to share opinions about customs, habit, point of view on certain issues, etc. Let's call him Mr. K ... everybody respects him in a way that the best is to take the distance from him. He doesn't speak much, just necessary things, but then some people thought he is a synical and sarcastic individual. But somehow, we get along each other and can talk about many issues.... hmmm, wonders???

My actual boss is the president director who comes to the factory 3-4 days in a week. He is a temperamental boss. A boss who can't take no as an answer. He always yells and some of his pronunciations are not clear. Just call him Mr. C. I have this experience when he got mad to one of the marketing officers and he banged the phone to the table, just because he doesn't understand what the marketing staff said. From what others said, he used to bang and throw cellphones anytime he feel upset. Hmmm...

Hoho... nice job? Dunno. my job desc so far are to collect letters and distribute them, send fax, make billing payment, translate English documents into Indonesian, make lesson plan for employees' English training program, and make some phone calls for my boss. SOunds busy? Not really, but you can't wait untill 2-3 months to have the updates, okay?

Here is the first picture i took at my office...
The lady in blue is the prettiest right? ;;)
